Rufus (Newfoundland) testimonial from Eve  Dear Billy, I am just writing to thank you and Let’s Go Walkies for being such a wonderful service. Every penny has been more than worthwhile. Rufus so enjoys his expeditions with you, be it walking or swimming. It is so reassuring to know that every time he goes off, he is in such expert hands. You always think of varied and stimulating walks, and I know that he will have a fantastic time as well as learning how to behave and socialise. Since Rufus has joined your club his behaviour has improved tremendously. You have helped boast his confidence and reassure him when faced with new situations and he is becoming a much more sociable young dog. I would like to thank you and Emma for all your advice and support when Rufus goes through his teenage tantrums! Your advice is so accurate and helpful. Rufus had such a fantastic time boarding with you. He came back so relaxed and contented, showing no signs of separation anxiety that he would have done at kennels. Ambrose & Beetle: A HUGE Thank You  Dear Billy & Emma We wanted to let you know how much we value and appreciate what you do for us. The fact that we can rely on you to look after Ambrose and Beetle for their afternoon walks during the working week for us is fantastic and it is so great for us to have found people like yourselves with whom we know the dogs are happy, safe and well cared for when we are at work. Your enthusiasm and experience comes across constantly, and we know that the dogs absolutely love spending time with you: they are always so pleased to see you, and come home excited from their walks. An unexpected but very welcome extra benefit that we’ve noticed in the 3 months you’ve been having the dogs is that they have both improved in many ways since they’ve been spending time with you. Their recall and general “manners” are better, and their socialisation has also improved. Ambrose in particular is benefiting from being part of a wider family of other dogs as you have taught him to be more accepting of other dogs now, something we had previously not been able to do ourselves, so thank you for making such a difference so quickly! We also appreciate your flexibility in terms of additional or different arrangements and in particular for your excellent “Doggy Day Care” service we used for Ambrose recently. He enjoyed that so much, coming home happy and absolutely worn out having spent such full and active days with you and your other dogs! Brook: Black Labrador  Can I take this opportunity to say thank you for walking our dog ‘Brook’ while we were away for four weeks. From the photos you sent us, (that were really appreciated ) while we were away, it’s clear that Brook enjoyed her walks. Macmillan Bo: GSD  Dear Billy You know you can trust someone when your dog does and Bo did - instantly! I just want to say thank you so much for coming to walk Bo while my husband was away. This can be a little difficult with two young children but it was a great weight off our minds to know she was in your very capable hands. Bo is usually very wary of strangers but she went off with you with her tail wagging and always came back with her tail wagging! It was also a refreshing change to deal with someone who is friendly, reliable and flexible, so thank you once again and I do hope we can call you again in the future. In that time I have found him very reliable and helpful. To assist with collection, he gives us a phone call to let us know he is on his way. If the dogs are wet, he helps towel them down on his return. I am confident in his ability to always be in control of the dogs, and I am never concerned about him taking them out. (Let’s Go Walkies) We have had a real difficulty finding someone that would be prepared to walk our dogs while we were at work, especially in the Aldershot area. Billy and Emma not only walk our two dogs three times a week at various times, but they also walk them separately to other dogs. Our main concern when looking for a dog walker was that we had to find someone who was prepared to walk the dogs separately, not in a group. One of our dogs can be very nervous around others, and would have been very distressed being bundled into a van with loads of others. Billy and Emma place them in their own car, in the back as we would, so there is some familiarity and calmness for the dogs. Billy and Emma offer a very professional, yet personal , service. Our two dogs seem very happy to be taken out and, at the same time, we have peace of mind that our dogs are in good hands.
